Disciplines
Ordina offers a number of disciplines to work in. As market leader we have chosen market leading Technologies. That is why we work with Microsoft, Oracle, Java and Cobol for customised systems. And with Oracle and SAP for standard applications. Our knowledge has been bundled under knowledge clusters, each with its own set of instruments for completing each step in a project or consulting assignment, from beginning to end.
Ordina is divided into the following divisions: Consulting, IT and Outsourcing.
Knowledge sessions
The only way to multiply knowledge, is by sharing it. That is why we regularly organise knowledge sessions, open to everyone. During these Come-and-innovate-sessions we discuss topical matters in our profession. Presented by our own professionals, sharing their knowledge and experience. Or by well-known personalities, like the American PL/SQL guru Steven Feuerstein.
The Come-and-innovate-session are free of charge and take place in locations, easily accessible from the whole country.

The interview process:
1st round
Introductory meeting with the business division that you have applied to. Introduction to one or more managers, possibly followed by a cognitive test and a personality test.
2nd round
Your second interview. Introduction to a manager and/or director, possibly a professional too. Soon after this meeting you will be informed whether we will be making an offer of employment.
