Ordina offers a number of disciplines for young professionals to work in. As market leader we have chosen market leading Technologies. That is why we work with Microsoft, Oracle, Java and Cobol for customised systems. And with Oracle and SAP for standard applications. Our knowledge has been bundled within knowledge clusters, each with its own set of instruments for completing each step in a project or consulting assignment, from beginning to end.

Internship & graduation

The interview process:
1st round
Introductory meeting with the business division that you have applied to. Introduction to one or more managers, possibly followed by a cognitive test and a personality test.
2nd round
Your second interview. Introduction to a manager and/or director, possibly a professional too. Soon after this meeting you will be informed whether we will be making an offer of employment.
