General Meeting of Shareholders
The Supervisory Board and the Management Board report to the shareholders on an annual basis. This takes place in the spring, during the General Meeting of Shareholders. Points on the agenda include the results booked in the last financial year and a proposal to the shareholders regarding the division of profit.
