Supervisory Board
The Supervisory Board’s primary responsibility is to supervise the Company’s management, both from a strategic and operational perspective. The Supervisory Board is collectively responsible for the execution of their duties. Inside the Supervisory Board however, the various members deliver their specific expertise when called upon to do so. Our Supervisory Directors all meet one or more of the following expertise or experience criteria: sound general management experience, financial expertise and experience and/or intimate knowledge of the IT market.
The current Supervisory Board consists of Carlo de Swart (Chairman), Robert-Jan van de Kraats, Johan van der Werf and Pamela Boumeester. Aside from their membership to our Supervisory Board, they also hold other functions. The role, responsibilities and composition of the Supervisory Board is being described in the Supervisory Board regulations.
