Publication Prospectus

Ordina N.V. has published a prospectus today regarding the issue of 5.7 million shares as part of strengthening its financing and capital base, as was announced on 30 June 2009. This prospectus was approved by the Netherlands Authority for the Financial Markets (AFM) on 23 September 2009.
