Ordina finalizes new senior financing arrangement

Further to the announcement on 25 August 2009, Ordina N.V. announces that it has signed the final documentation of its senior financing facilities of EUR 120 million for a three year period. The facilities are fully committed by ING Bank, Rabobank, Fortis Bank Nederland and NIBC.

For the most important terms and conditions, we refer to the interim report, dated 25 Augustus 2009. These terms and conditions are unchanged in the final financing documentation.
