Ordina is business partner to clients in the Finance and Public sectors. We offer these clients a broad spectrum of consulting and implementation services.
Our vision on consultancy can be summarised as “we realise what we advise”. Within the Finance and Public sectors we hold the unique combination of knowledge of both the market, our clients, the products and services delivered, as well as the business processes that support all of these. This knowledge has been built up from our years of experience.
Ordina’s consulting assignments can be characterised by their social and business economical relevance. In many cases they have a direct effect on the citizen, respectively the customer of our client.
Leading themes in our consultancy practice are:

Our consultants and (interim & project) managers are educated at university level (the Dutch levels HBO/WO). They also have an above average number of years of practical experience, hold (internationally acclaimed) certifications and they have affiliations to professional associations.
Ordina Consulting is a member of the ROA, the Dutch Board for Organisational and Consulting Bureaus. Our membership emphasises that our professionals adhere to the core values of consulting practices when they are exercising their profession.
