Management Board
Ronald Kasteel and Hans den Hartog form the Management Board and the Statutory Board of Directors of Ordina N.V.
Ronald Kasteel (1962) has been with Ordina since 1988. After holding a variety of functions, he became a member of the Management Board in 1996. Three years later, he was elected as Chairman of the Board. Above the day-to-day management of the Board, Ronald is also responsible for Investor Relations and Corporate Communications.
Hans den Hartog (1967) is responsible for Finance & Control, Legal, Tax and Stock Exchange matters. Hans joined Ordina in 1996. Before joining Ordina he worked for the accountants firm Coopers & Lybrand. In January 1999, he joined the Management Board with Ronald Kasteel.
