Management Board
Ronald Kasteel and Bart de Jong form the Management Board and the Statutory Board of Directors of Ordina N.V.
Ronald Kasteel (1962) has been with Ordina since 1988. After holding a variety of functions, he became a member of the Management Board in 1996. Three years later, he was elected as Chairman of the Board. Above the day-to-day management of the Board, Ronald is also responsible for Investor Relations and Corporate Communications.
Bart de Jong (1963) is responsible for Finance & Control, Facilities, ICT, Legal, Tax and Stock Exchange matters. Bart joined Ordina in 2009. Before joining Ordina he worked for USG People NV and KPN NV. In April 2010, he joined the Management Board with Ronald Kasteel.
