Organisational Management
Everyone being on the same page. This is the way to ensure that the organisation’s strategy really comes to life. That is the goal of Organisational Management: influencing (groups of) employees to act in line with the organisation’s strategy.
Trends and Developments
Two thirds of all companies want to grow faster than the market. In order to do, so they need to respond adequately to changes in their market and changes in legislation and regulations adequately. Stakeholders are increasingly demanding regarding results, transparency and managerial accountability.
In the Financial sector we have noticed far-reaching digitalisation and the need for professional service delivery. The Government aims to deliver a higher quality service to citizens and corporates, and to improve internal management structures as well as external reporting. The Industry sector is working toward better alignment of production and logistical business processes, within their organisations as well as across organisations.
These developments make huge demands on the management of these organisations.
Our vision
Ordina holds the view that Organisational Management is closely related to Corporate Performance Management. CPM supports organisations in realising their ambitions by improving their management: the process of planning, monitoring and adjusting plans. In order for participants within the organisation to act within the boundaries of the organisational strategy.
CPM improves the management of an organisation by:
- aligning management reporting, strategy cycles, organisational and process management.
- making the necessary management information available to relevant parties
- creating conditions within the organisation for participants to act in accordance with the organisational strategy
As our point of departure we tackle Organisational Management on three levels: strategic, tactical and operational. An organisation is only able to achieve its goals efficiently once the management and control of these three areas have been fully aligned.
On a strategic level, the mission, vision and strategy objectives are determined as basis of the organisational strategy. On a tactical level, functions and tasks are assigned within the organisation. On an operational level, all activities are set up that are relevant to the primary processes.
Our experience
