Stépan Breedveld and Bart de Jong form the Management Board and the Statutory Board of Directors of Ordina N.V.
| Stépan Breedveld (1967) is appointed as chairman of the board of Ordina N.V. per 1 September 2011. Stépan joined Ordina in 2010 as part of the Management Board of Ordina where he was responsible for Ordina’s activities in the Netherlands. Previous to joining Ordina, Stépan was employed at the Boston Consulting Group (BCG) for over 17 years. |

| Bart de Jong (1963) is responsible for Finance & Control, Facilities, ICT, Legal, Tax and Stock Exchange matters. Bart joined Ordina in 2009. Before joining Ordina he worked for USG People NV and KPN NV. In April 2010, he joined the Management Board. |
