Supervisory Board
The Supervisory Board’s primary task is the supervision of the Company’s Management, both from a strategic and operational perspective. The role, duties and composition of the Supervisory Board are described in the Supervisory Board Regulations. [downloadable as in current website]
The Supervisory Board consists of Johan van der Werf, Robert-Jan van de Kraats, Pamela Boumeester and Aloys Kregting.
Johan van der Werf (1952) has been a member of Ordina’s Supervisory Board since 2010 and chairman since august 2010. He is the Vice-Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Delta N.V., the Vice-Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Zevenwouden and the Vice-Chairman of the Supervisory Committee of the Utrecht University Medical Centre. He is also a member of the Supervisory Boards of ONVZ N.V. and De Lotto N.V. and is he a member of the Executive Committee of Pensioenfonds Cultuur.
Robert-Jan van de Kraats (1960) has been a member of Ordina’s Supervisory Board since 2004. Aside from his role as CFO and Vice-Chairman of the Executive Board at Randstad Holding N.V., he holds a Supervisory Directorship at SNS Reaal Groep N.V.
Pamela Boumeester (1958) was appointed as a member of the Supervisory Board of Ordina in May 2009. Ms Boumeester sits on the Supervisory Board of Delta Lloyd and that of PCM, and chairs the Supervisory Committee of Informatie Beheer Groep and that of Twente School of Management.
Aloys Kregting (1967) has been a member of Ordina's Supervisory Board since May 2011. He is Chief Information Officer at DSM.
