Ordina Achieves Seven Oracle PartnerNetwork Specialisations

Ordina has achieved seven Oracle PartnerNetwork (OPN) Specialisations. This makes Ordina one of the first IT service providers in the Netherlands to achieve this level of specialisation within the Oracle PartnerNetwork. To achieve specialised status, Oracle partners need to comply with a number of strict requirements that are all based on the needs and priorities of clients and the partner community. By awarding these specialisations, Oracle acknowledges the quality of the service delivery, knowledge and development of Ordina in the various Oracle Technologies. Recently, Ordina was also awarded the title ‘Oracle Applications Partner of the Year’ because of its extensive knowledge and experience with Oracle applications.

Ordina achieved specialisation in the areas of Oracle Database, Oracle Enterprise Manager, Oracle Service-Oriented Architecture, Siebel Customer Relationship Management, JD Edwards EnterpriseOne CNC, JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Distribution, and Oracle E-Business Suite for Financial Management. In order to be granted the specialisations, Ordina’s Oracle professionals were tested on their knowledge of Oracle implementations. Also, Oracle investigated customer satisfaction regarding Oracle implementations by Ordina.

“In-depth knowledge of the product, experience with Oracle implementations, continuous knowledge development and knowledge of themes that are relevant to clients are all factors that determine a successful implementation” according to Wim de Fiouw, Director of Ordina’s Oracle Solutions business unit. “We value the continuous development of our service delivery greatly and for this reason we focus our investments on expanding our knowledge and experience. Therefore, we are proud of the fact that Oracle has acknowledged our expertise and successes with clients by with the achievement of these seven specialisations.”

“Achieving a single specialization demonstrates that the OPN member has strong skills and experience in particular areas.  To gain seven can be considered a major achievement,” said Bas Diepen, Senior Alliances and Channels Manager, Oracle Benelux. “We congratulate Ordina on this accomplishment, which will raise their profile to customers.”
