Ordina to support Raet with further development of e-HRM portal

Ordina has been selected as Raet’s preferred supplier to support the further development of its systems. This will enable the HR software provider to accelerate the achievement of its international strategy. As one of the terms of the agreement, Ordina will be seconding specialised Microsoft professionals to Raet. By doing so, Ordina supports the implementation of the multi-lingual e-HRM system and further expansion of the Raet Online portal’s self-service functionality. The agreement has been concluded for an indefinite duration.

Cees van den Heijkant, CEO of Raet: “Trading under the name Youforce, we have been assisting clients with international subsidiaries to realise their international HR ambitions since October. Besides this, we are also offering our solutions to organisations based abroad. We opened our first office in London recently towards this purpose. In order to continue catering to our clients’ international needs, we are optimising our portfolio to offer Human Capital Management services across our borders. The utilisation of modern technology and the cooperation with the right partners are proving essential in this respect.”

“Raet has announced its intention to expand its service delivery to other countries”, according to Barend de Zoete, Director of Professional Services & Projects at Ordina. “This means that all systems have to be available in multiple languages. At the same time, Raet is improving its existing systems continuously. We are proud of the fact that our specialist knowledge of Microsoft allows us to assist Raet in this regard. By selecting Ordina, Raet has acknowledged our professionalism as well as our focus on sound cooperation. We are looking forward to strengthening our ties with Raet.”
